Il est possible de commander de mon site internet, mais je contacte toujours le client par téléphone avant de procéder au travail demandé.
Il arrive couramment que le client demande une chose et qu’en réalité ce n’est pas exactement cela.
3 fois sur 4 on se rend compte que le client ne savait pas exactement ce qu’il indiquait sur son bon de commande.
La relation de vive voix reste irremplaçable.
